Company
Innovo Innovations builds simple solutions to overlooked problems in the pre-hospital EMS setting.
Our initial product line consists of the I-Optic, a laser-guided intraosseous access device, and two patient-securement devices, T-Band and I-Band. We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and we are shipping revenue product today.
Why we build
Every device we make starts from a call that went badly, and a piece of equipment that should have existed.
How it started
A lack of solutions, not a lack of skill.
Innovo Innovations was founded by a paramedic who saw too many failures that happened not because of a lack of skill, but because of a lack of solutions. He set out to create medical devices that narrow the gap between failure and success. T-Band was the flagship device, created to address the gap in patient securement.
Originally, T-Band was created to secure the arm during humeral IO insertion, but its versatility has made it an essential tool across a range of emergency scenarios. We manufacture our products in America, supporting local communities while serving healthcare professionals nationwide.

A new category, not a better version
T-Band and I-Band are the first adhesive arm-securement devices purpose-built for IO access. Teleflex, BD, Bound Tree, and Rowland all sell into this call, and none of them address securement or targeting. We are not competing for shelf space with a cheaper needle. We are adding a step that did not have a product.
